Production Capacity and Output

The refinery is designed with a significant industrial footprint to serve regional and international markets

Annual Gross Capacity: 100 metric tons.
Scalability: By implementing a two-shift working model, production capacity can be increased by at least 75%.
Product Range: The facility will produce high-purity gold and silver bars, as well as numismatics(commemorative coins).

Advanced Refining Technologies

Metrix utilizes a multi-process approach to meet various industrial purity standards:

Miller Process: An industrial-scale procedure to refine gold to 99.95% purity.
Wohlwill Process: An electrochemical process achieving the highest purity level of 99.999%, essential for the electronics and specialized industrial sectors.
Acid-less Separation (ALS): A "green" pre-refining technology that requires no hazardous chemicals, has zero emissions, and significantly reduces labor and energy costs.

Sophisticated fume treatment filters and scrubbers to eliminate noxious emissions.
Chemical pre-treatment to significantly reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions during the refining cycle.

The refinery's operations are supported by a robust sourcing and trading network:

Feedstock Sources: Raw material is secured from gold mining companies (gold nuggets with ~91% purity), scrap gold from high-tech equipment, and recycled gold.
Global Network: Sourcing relationships extend across Africa, South America, Asia, and Europe.
Trading Integration: Beyond refining, the company manages physical gold trading and hedging services to ensure a continuous and stable supply chain.
